The fishing park has its own salmon pond and a smoke house.

Our services also include fishing from the fish tank. You can catch the fish yourself from the pool or we can raise it, you won't get fresher salmon than this anywhere!

The salmon can be smoked in our own smokehouse, or you can also take it home fresh. We also prepare delicious gravy and cold-smoked salmon, which can often be found on the salad table in our restaurant.
